LPS1014 Certified CompanyWhy fire alarms by an LPS1014 certified company?High density residential or office buildings, as well as modern production areas need reliable and sophisticated fire detection and alarm systems to speed evacuation in the case of a fire and quickly alert the fire services. However, components of a fire alarm system are only as effective as their ability to function within an integrated system. Components which have been independently tested and approved to the appropriate standard assure specifiers, regulators and insurers of the components’ ability to meet these requirements when combined with the approved fire alarm control and indicating panels. Ideally, these should be installed, serviced and maintained by an LCP Certified Alarm Systems Installer certified to LPS1014. Raysil Fire & Security Systems have been certified to that standard since March 2003 and continue to grow through its expertise in the design and installation of fire detection and alarm systems. As an LPS1014 Certified Company, we are regularly assessed and audited by the Loss Prevention Certification Board. (LPCB). The LPCB and it’s predecessor, the Fire Options Committee (FOC), have been testing and approving components of active and passive fire engineering systems for more than 100 years. |
